Jonah's Endeavour

Endeavour Ride will be a solo bicycle ride from Perth to the Gold Coast, over 4,500km in the quickest possible time during March 2007.

This event will provide a great opportunity to create an historical record plus doing it all in the name of a worthwhile charity. Our cyclist, Peter Lawton, or Jonah as he is affectionately known, has a 5 person support crew who are also heavily involved in fund raising for this event. His crew includes Katrina van Haeringen, a physiotherapist and Jeff Courtney a masseur, both of whom are experienced cyclists, assisting during The Ride and helping with bike maintenance. Michael Oates has taken on the mammoth task of Team Manager with Lee Oates and Diane Knight working heavily behind the scenes.

The Endeavour Foundation is Peter’s preferred charity to receive all monies raised through sponsorship and fundraising avenues.
